Our thanks go to ‘Rosalie’s of Cowes’ who after hearing that someone had stolen our plant in our window box turned up and presented to us with a replacement. It has restored our faith in our neighbours and community.

We have just heard that the Isle of Wight is now in Tier 4, but don't worry Fluffy Cutters will remain open for appointments as we are regarded as an essential business. However please call us to make an appointment first so that we can keep contact down to the absolute minimum.

WE ARE OPEN FOR BUSINESS. !We have been notified by DFRA that we may remain open over the lock down period and clients may bring there dogs to the groom room as part of there daily exercise. Client Covid distancing and procedures must be observed at all times. It is therefore important to drop off and collect your dog promptly over this period of time.

Know that the goverment has allowed unlimited travel in your cars. We can now accept appointments from clients all over the island. If you dog is need of a summer groom then please give us a call and book an appointment. WE ARE OPEN.

Good news!. We have been informed that if you can walk your dog to our grooming salon as part of your daily exercise then we can carryout a groom on them. We will therefore be re-opening Fluffy Cutters for grooming as of Monday 4th of May for appointments only. Additional social distancing and cleaning practices have been put in place under the governments guidelines to protect us all. However this does resitrict the amount of clients we can groom daily so please book your appointments in good time. Call or text for an appointment on 01983 296080

Corona Virus Action Plan

As a none essential business and to protect both ourselves and our clients from the possible transfer of the Corona Virus, we will be closed for business until further notice.

We would like to thank every one of our fantastic clients for their support so far and look forward to see you all again as soon as this Pandemic has run its course.

Keep safe and well and look after your four-legged friends

Important care for you dog during this period.

We would like to remind our clients that dogs with non-moulting coats, that they will get very matted if left unattended over this period time. Why not spend some of your time to daily give your four-legged friend a brush and combe and try and keep the matting down to a minimum until we can get back to normal. Your dog will also get hot very quickly as the hair grows, so please be aware of this and make sure they have a cool place to rest and plenty of water. If you need advice on this please feel free to give us a call and we would be happy to offer as much guidance as we can over the phone. 01983 296080

Coronavirus update

Firstly, we would like to let our clients know that it is business as usual here at Fluffy Cutters, so please continue to bring your dogs in on their pre-booked grooming appointment times.

We are a low contact business with a low risk environment however we have introduced additional pre-cautions with extra cleaning schedules undertaken to the surfaces around the grooming parlour and reception areas with each client visit to reduce the risks of passing on the virus.

In addition to this we are proposing to temporarily introducing a dog collection and return service for our clients who are have been told to self-isolate due to age or underlying medical issues and would ask that if this service is required then please contact us by phone to discuss the arrangements.
