Meet Hoppy. DOB 2022
Hoppy is the most delightful boy and loves nothing more than to be lying on your lap.

Poor Hoppy came into us from one of our local vets after being involved in an rta. He had to have one of his back legs amputated but has now recovered well. With this in mind, we are looking for an indoor home for Hoppy with maybe access to a catio. He has been neutered and vaccinated.

Hoppy is happy to be the only animal in the household although he could live with another laid back cat.

Say hello to our newest arrival Toby ❤️ His time was up last Friday as he had served his time as a stray with an horrific skin condition, a chest infection and desperately needing a dental. The vet involved just couldn’t justify the end of his life and we were contacted to see if we could help. At 11 years young with a spirit of a puppy how could we say no ❤️ We have started treatment for his skin and this lucky boy has already secured a long term foster space. Safe now lucky boy ❤️🐾

Our gorgeous grumpy face Annie is still looking for her forever home. Despite her grumpy face Annie is one of the sweetest cats ever and adores attention from her humans. When she came into rescue poor Annie had lost a lot of fur due to one of the worst flea infestations we have ever seen but as you can see her fur has grown back beautifully now.

Mary’s babies are almost 2 weeks old now! They are doing really well and Mary is being the best mummy to them!

We need your help!! Can you help us name Mary’s 4 babies?
As they are still tiny we aren’t 100% sure but we think she has 3 little boys and 1 little girl but to be on the safe side we thought we should find some neutral names! There are 2 all black kittens , 1 black and white kitten and 1 tabby kitten!!

Knowle ❤️ has been for a check up today and his eye socket has healed well: his other eye is looking good. He has been a bit subdued this week but we have definitely turned a corner today ❤️🐾

❌ WE ARE BEYOND FULL❌
Just like every rescue in the country !!!
Take responsibility for YOUR animals!!! Neuter them, microchip them, there is no excuse !!!!These have all come into us in the last 7 days !!! We hadn’t got space for any of them but how can we leave a pregnant female ??? How can we leave a mum and 2 day old babies under a bush ? How can we leave 6 week old kittens in a hedge in the park, and by the way these kittens are not feral they have clearly been socialised and well fed so probably another case of can’t sell I’ll just dump!!!’
When we tell you we are full we are not lying, we are not being picky about what we take, we are FULL !!!!

If your interested in fostering kittens or pregnant mums please send us a message. You will need a separate room to foster them in and your own animals will need to be neutered.

🏠Missy is back home ❤️

We came home early from holiday due to her being missing and guess who came strolling down the road………… 🙈🤦‍♀️

MISSING

Missy is missing from HQ.
She is a petite very friendly all black girl. She has a shortened tail (marginally) following amputation of the end after an accident a few years ago.
Her whiskers are now white as she is older. She hasn’t been home for a week which is incredibly unlike her.
Missing from the lodgefield park estate, Halesowen B62.
Please message us on this page if you have seen her or do see her.
She will come for fuss but hates being picked up. Can be very vocal.
I’m away and Mr P is staying at HQ and i’m worried sick. She is our sons best friend and i don’t want to tell him she is lost 😭

Say hello to Saffy who came into us last week. Saffy is 2 years old and is one of the bounciest Frenchies I think we have ever had lol Poor Saffy has got a very nasty ear infection which is being treated. Saffy loves people and loves other dogs, she just needs to learn some basic dog etiquette lol
Once her ear is sorted and she is spayed Saffy will be looking for her forever home 🏠

So how could we say no to this handsome boy who was waiting patiently for a rescue space at the vets when we went to pick Knowle up ❤️
As you can see from the photo Hoppy has had to have one of his back legs amputated. Hoppy is the most delightful fusspot and has the loudest purr. His wound is healing nicely and we are back for a check up and to have his stitches removed on Friday.
Hoppy will be looking for his forever indoor home in the next few weeks ❤️

😻🐾 Lenny and Gabby 😻🐾

We are looking for a very special home for our gorgeous Lenny and Gabby.

Lenny, who is five, is a very nervous boy, who was adopted once but came back to us due to not wanting to be stroked in his new home. He’s a big, ginger fluff ball, and so incredibly gentle, but is shy and needs an owner who is happy to give him time to come round. Lenny is never aggressive and can be picked up or held if needed, it’s simply that he’s not comfortable with such close contact at the moment. This beautiful boy was so lonely and confused, until he met playful Gabby the kitten who turned his world around.
Our lovely Gabby is around 10 months old and recently had her eye removed due to a problem from birth.
Gabby and Lenny fell in love instantly. He makes her feel safe and protected, and she gives him the courage to explore his surroundings and play again. This heartwarming duo must be homed together, they adore each other and snuggle up in the same bed.
Gabby is a spectacular girl in her own right, playful, loving and so incredibly friendly. She loves to be petted and loved, climbing on laps constantly and trying to make eye contact with her people.
Both cats are easy and low maintenance, they’re super clean in the house and aren’t fussy eaters. Both are neutered, vaccinated and chipped. They could live with a single person, a couple or a family. Both cats would be fab as indoor cats, or would be just as happy with access to a safe outdoor area. We really can’t find the words to correctly describe just how adorable and heart melting this couple are, all they need is someone who is willing to be a bit more understanding and open to Lenny not wanting to be touched for a while. They’re both good with other cats, and would be ok with cat friendly dogs.

🥳 so today after 7 days in the vets hospital our little Knowle was allowed to come into foster 🥳
He is such a sweet boy despite his eye removal and a nasty case of ear mites. Knowle is still on pain relief and drops for his good eye. He is a little subdued at the moment but I’m sure a few days of some tlc will help.
Knowles bill was just over £3,000 so thank you to everyone that donated, without your help we couldn’t do what we do.
And in true Wild Acre style we not only bought Knowle home but we bought his friend Hoppy home to. Hoppy’s story we will share tmw 🐈‍⬛❤️
