Cradley Heath based dog walker specialising in high quality walks where your dog gets my undivided attention. I have always had dogs in my life and I wouldn't want it any other way, I am experienced with many breeds. Exercise is very often the key to restoring harmony to your relationship with your dog, often curbing boredom and therefore destructive behaviour. Even if your dog is walked on lead, I always encourage natural behaviour and allow time for plenty of sniffing & mooching.

🐶 ANNOUNCEMENT 🐶

After an absolutely wonderful five & a half years running my dog walking business, I'm closing my little business. Our house has sold & the sale will complete in two weeks' time, we will then be starting our new life in Wales.

However, watch this space because our new house has some rather wonderful outbuildings & a paddock and I'm considering setting up a luxury 'dog hotel', taking in only 2 or 3 dogs at a time to ensure their holiday will be better than their owners' holiday, if you know me then you know it's true!

Sending all my love to my customers past & present, I have made many life long friendships.

Welcome on board Leo, rarely has a first walk gone so well, he's a dream this lad, a credit to his former owners who hunted high & low for the right home for him when they could no longer keep him, and indeed, you won't get better than Ben Purewal when it comes to this breed.

Merry Christmas to all of my wonderful customers & their lovely dogs both past & present, on Earth & in Heaven. Much love from Haden Hounds' HQ.

I've been trying for ages to get my 4 dogs & cat plus my cousin's dog, 15 year old Henry the Westie to pose for a Christmas photo, however, I've given up 🤯, it's impossible so here is my lovely big boy, Simba who didn't mind the novelty Christmas glasses at all and 2 of my adoptees, Winnie & Emmylou last week when they visited Santa 🥰.

Oscar & I had a wonderful walk today, very high quality solo walks are now my speciality. Plenty of time for mooching, sniffing & looking around not to mention sneeking in a cuddle on a bench 😍

Honey bear aka Bunny to me, has been a warrior in her fight against cancer, she really has given it her everything over the last few months. Sadly, yesterday, the cancer finally won, she was only 6 years old, she passed at home with her Dad right there with her, cuddling her to her last breath. I'll be forever grateful for all of our wonderful walks & especially our last cuddle after I broke every single speed limit on the way back from Wales to get back in time to see her, I made it with minutes to spare & she greeted me with a waggy tail & a sparkle still in her eyes but her body was worn out, it was time.

Goodnight lovely girl, what a wonderful few years we have had, you will be forever missed 💔.

Honey Bear has cancer & has had for while, thank God no one told Honey Bear 😆🥰.

Indi & Nala's first walk together

To observe this wonderful behaviour from Indi on just our second walk was brilliant, sensible intros carried out using the long line but with no tension on it & minimal interference from us humans, we were soon walking as a little pack. Thank you Lisa Adams for bringing along the very calm Nala, the girls smashed it 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽.

Indi & I had our first walk together today, despite some reactivity to other dogs initially, she soon relaxed after some chilled out loose long lead walking, didn't take long for her shoulders to drop & to start sniffing, mooching & generally being 'more dog', a joy to see 😍.
