If your wondering why I'm not working up to Xmas Eve, this is simply because I've tried this before & ppl are so busy they forget about their appointment even after reminders 😅 so time with my family wins 🏆

🐾Everyone will be sent a reminder of apt to their preferred way. If no reply in 24hrs to confirm, Appointment will be closed .

🐾If no show to Appointment there will be fee. - if this is ongoing I can no longer accept you as a client unfortunately

🐾 FULL payment on collection

Please ensure your dog(s)🐕🐶

🌟 Arrive on time 🕑
If after 15 min of your apt time with no contact to parlour your appointment is automatically canceled and a no show fee also applies

🌟 Comes regular 📅
If your dog hasn't been kept in its regular advised slot and is taking more time due to condition/matting there is an extra charge

🌟 Done its business 💩
Please make sure you dog has been to toilet prior to appointment

🌟 Treated for fleas/ticks 🪲
Dogs that arrive with fleas can be refused grooming or an added charge
