I just want to remind everyone that I’m a small business , I only work Part -time as I have children still at school . I love my job but the one part of it that drives me mad is no shows, they are so inconsiderate🤯 I have a mortgage and bills like everybody else ,all I ask is that you can give me some notice 24hrs would be great . After a long chat with my accountant , I’m afraid that with the minimum wage going up in April and the Salon insurance nearly doubling and just the general running costs of the Salon there will be a price increase from the 1st April 2024 . I have looked at other grooming businesses and I’m trying to keep my Salon as fairly priced as possible . So with this in mind . The price increase will be as followed £5 on all large dogs with a £3 increase on all small and medium size dogs.. I thank you all for your loyal customer over the years and hope you understand.

Folks I have a good friend who is hoping to re-home his elderly Mothers dog . The dog is a rough collie (Lassie type dog ) it’s 9 years old , female , house dog isn’t fussed about too many walks . Doesn’t like cats or hoovers . Would probably suit better an older person with no young kids. To ensure it goes to a good home we may want to see the home and garden . 📣UPDATE

Possible poisoning in Moira Demesne.

KEEP YOUR DOGS ON A LEAD.

We have been asked for an update about the possible poisoning in the demesne.

On the day we brought this risk to your attention, a beautiful dog belonging to one of our clients passed away after a short spell of intense vomiting in suspicious circumstances after being in the demesne.

We have also been made aware of other dogs being unwell and vomiting after being in the demesne at a similar time.

The council are not investigating at this time.

All we can say at is please be vigilant whilst in the demesne. Always ensure you can see your dog and it is not eating or drinking anything you did not give it yourself.
