Happy 4th gotcha day Margo. 🥰

Another year of loving you and coming up with ideas to entertain you (so you don't entertain yourself and eat the house 🤣)

You've volunteered as a casualty at a Canine First Aid course, continued to love your mantrailing and modelling, reached level 3 at agility (think we've peaked there LOL), conquered the Mournes time and again, taken up pawsercise and parkour, done a Canine massage course and shone as a Pets As Therapy dog.

For the laziest dog in the house you really are exhausting. 🤣 Wouldn't have you any other way!

Who knew that emergency foster 4 years ago would turn into such an amazing girl and take over our lives. ❤️🩷🩵💛

I know I'm on holidays but sometimes you just gotta open your doors to a beautiful Princess in need of the full Spa Treatment.

This absolutely stunning girl found herself in the pound 2 days before Christmas 😢

Yesterday she hit the jackpot and was adopted by a friend of ours!! 💕💕💕

So obviously Auntie Sammy needed cuddles ASAP and we gave her a much needed pampering including a facial and manicure. 💅🛁🧼🫧

Isn't she the prettiest girl you've ever seen? 🥰

I share this every year as the message never changes. Every dog needs regular brushing to keep both their coat and skin healthy... even the short haired ones.
The brush I'm using here is one out of Jollyes Lurgan - The Pet People so not an expensive one like I use in work but it does a great job. I'm such a nerd I always carry one in the car too to brush out the girls after a beach run or a wet and muddy walk. This prevents matting taking hold.

Ps I also just love looking at beautiful Amber 💔

Our day will involve checking out if Santa has been, a chocolate orange and a bounty for breakfast followed by a big walk with the girls and Mr Rico and if everything goes to plan a nice Christmas dinner. 🎅

Whatever happens it will be quiet, just the way we like it. 🥰

We've just been over to Jollyes Lurgan - The Pet People and got our photos taken in their Christmas photobooth. It's beautiful and instore until Christmas eve. No need to book either.
Our session was pandemonium, not going to lie, between Margo and Daisy May stealing all their treats and Lady Iris pooing. 🤣🙈💩
But think of the memories 🤣🤣

£188 from the Santa Paws event.
£291.80 handed over on the 10th Dec at the CIN Christmas party.
£200 donated since the 11th Dec and paid by PayPal tonight.
£20 PayPal paid directly to the rescue.

Drum roll please 🥁 🥁🥁🥁

We've done the grand (I use the term lightly LOL) draw for our Luxury Christmas Stocking.

Santa wasn't available (he's at his Christmas work do 🙈) so Rudolph stepped up to the mark in his absence.

Our winners are.... Koda and Luna the gorgeous doodles. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I've contacted their mummy and we'll get the Stocking to them in time for Christmas 🎄

The madness of Christmas week is about to begin. 🤪

Could I please, please ask that everyone arrives on time (not early unless previously agreed) for their appointments and collects promptly too. 🙏
I have dogs booked in on top of dogs, it's just crazy busy this week. 🙈
Punctuality is vital for both drop off and collection so everything runs as smoothly as possible for the wee dogs.

I do not have the space to hold dogs, unfortunately, sorry.

Also please ensure your wee one has toileted fully at home before they arrive, if possible.

My copilot (Mr Rico) and I attended the Cavaliers In Need N.I Christmas party this afternoon. We've delivered all the food, toys and blankets etc that you've so kindly donated and we've given in the monies raised yesterday at the Santa Paws event (£188) and monies raised to date from our Christmas photos (£291.80).
Thank you so much to each and every one of you who've donated, it really means the world to the rescue.
Also a big thank you to Jonathan Sterritt Pet Photography for taking the Santa photos today (you definitely had your work cut out with our Mr chatty man LOL) and to Julie and Gemma from Jollyes Lurgan - The Pet People for all their goodie bags (they were a big hit)

Today was a massive success. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us. You raised a whopping £286 which is being split between Cavaliers In Need N.I and Loughgall Hedgehog Rescue
A big thank you also to Carroll Creative for taking all the photographs, Pawsercise Fitness for their Parkour demos and to Tux’s Treats for bringing their selection boxes. Last but not least Thank you to the man in red Mr Santa Claus himself. 🎅🎅🎅
