As we all know, the price of everything has gone up in the last couple of years. At SDD we’ve tried to absorb as much as we can and in some cases we’ve sold things at cost in our quest for value.

Unfortunately, with more price increases on everything from webbing to hardware since the start of the year we need to increase our costs to cover for the first time in 4 years. We refuse to buy cheaper or inferior hardware and raw materials, so unfortunately we’re left with no choice that from June 1st our prices will go up by £2 on our handmade collars and leads.

Thank you all for your continued support. I love seeing your four-legged friends in our gorgeous and quirky designs 🤎

Spotty Dog Design

Spotty Dog Design is a small business based in a coastal town of Northumberland. It is owned by Charlotte, who is also a veterinary nurse. The name ‘Spotty Dog Design’ came from our dog’s instagram page‘@SpottyDogLife’ which takes you through the adventures of two spotty dogs; Oscar and Rosie.

The idea behind the business was to provide a bespoke service to pet owners, delivering handmade accessories for their much-loved pets. No two collars are the same, which makes them even more special as you know you wont see the exact same collar, lead, bandana or bow on any other pet but your own.

At Spotty Dog Designs we use high quality materials to ensure your accessories last. Our materials are from a UK supplier, and our hardware is tested to ensure it strong enough for bigger pets (even horses if we hit that market!).

Please note that as each item is handmade to order, so we do require a minimum of 5 working days to ensure orders are ready.
