Nothing better than all your training and hard work comes together and you reach your goals. This beautiful GSD started Gundog training this year and showed she had the ability to work and train and learn to do what the Gundog breeds did in class. With a super temperament and attitude to learn and work we decided it was time for her to get out and have a go at beating this season. She was an absolute star, quiet, calm, sensible, attentive, adaptive, stayed in line, didn’t chase and did the job. A fantastic little dog on her first day beating and opened up a whole new world to her family💥

Super proud of this dog and her owner and what they have a achieved this year in training. She certainly has earnt her stripes as one of the Gundog crew in class. Learning to retrieve dummies, learn how to be handled and directed on to a retrieve, work with shot, work in a line for walk up where she is steady but also confident to go out on a retrieve, learn whistle commands and so many more things including what joy it brings both her, her owner and everyone in class when she is out training with us and how she has gained confidence in her self and her training.

We had an amazing 2024 and the time has flewn. Too many days and memories to share on here in one snapshot but it’s been a great one and now I look forward to us moving into 2025 and reaching more goals and making more memories together. Working as a trainer means my dogs often have to wait for their time and training as need to fit round clients especially this time of year when days are short and weather can be hard going. Was lovely to get some out this morning and have a practice of some steadiness exercises with multiple dogs. When out picking up it’s easy for them to get a little keen so this morning was a great opportunity to go over some patience and listening for their turn.

Team work makes the dream work 💫 When all the weeks and months of training create a dog that you can enjoy. These two love picking up and it makes it an enjoyable time out for all of us when their training comes together not only when working on their own but when they are put together as a team.

Fabulous to see Ava so confident in her training today and with a lovely work ethic and attitude towards the birds. It hasn’t always been an easy journey and there have been some ups and downs along the way but was so proud of Ava today and how she has grown with her training and maturity in to such a cracking little dog. What a beautiful mornings training we all had 👌🙌

The vizsla girls out working together, shoot day, picking up, dog family. So much enjoyment from taking the three girls out and working them together on a local shoot. Down time and work time, time away from everything and time to just enjoy and indulge in the dogs and something they love to do with me. Team work makes the dream work 💫
