Hi 🙂
Just a quick ask. I’ve had a lot of rescheduling appointments lately. Which I then have to fill that app or I’m loosing a lot of money.
This is my job not just a hobby so I have got a family and home to help support.
Please only book apps you know you can attend.
I’m also then having to reschedule them in my own time to make up my money. So then I loose out on time with the family or doing things I need to get done as a mum.
I always try and help out people when I can but it’s taking its toll on me.
My cancellation policy is if you do not give me 48 hours notice it is a £20 fee.
I’m going to have to start taking deposits if it carries on which I really have avoided doing for so many years.
