Terms and conditions

Mutleys terms and conditions are changing. This will be my new terms and conditions. A slight adjustment to what they was before.

Cancellation policy- I require at least 48hrs notice when cancelling your appointment. If you cancel within the 48hrs leading up to the appointment, 50% of the appointment charge will need to be paid. If cancelled within 24hrs of the appointment, full payment will need to be made.

No show policy- If you fail to turn up to your appointment with no notice. The full appointment charge will need to be paid.

Payment-
I will be accepting cash and bank transfers (i do not have a card machine). If you are bank transferring, this will need to be made BEFORE coming to collect your dog from their appointment.

You will receive a reminder the day before the appointment. However, it is still your responsibility to remember your own appointments.

I will be sending this message out individually to everyone.

So pleased! I have purchased the emmi - pet toothbrush to be able to offer to all my customers teeth cleaning and oral hygiene treatment. I found so many of my dogs that have trouble with their teeth and I wanted to find something that would prevent them having to have teeth out in the future or being unwell because of their teeth. Can’t wait to get started.
I’ve also completed the training ready to go ⭐️
Can’t wait to get started, I will post when I’m ready to start 🙂

I've had some Emergency Contact Cards made. Simply write the name & number of someone you trust to take care of your dog if you are taken ill or are in an accident. Keep it in your wallet. I know most people have this info in their phone, but the first place the Emergency Services will look is in your wallet

They're on the counter & are free, if I forget to offer you one, please just ask.
