So Scooby likes to creep forward and cut me up expecting the reward so we have changed up how he receives the reward itβs now coming from behind me, you can see the confusion after the marker word of yes but he eventually gets the hang of it π©΅
Aurora still lacks confidence when out and about but her lose lead walking is really coming on when it comes to lose lead walking over the next few weeks we will build her confidence and hopefully carry on seeing a decrease to her reactivity π₯°
Training isnβt easy but itβs definitely rewarding when things click together π
Training is hard work it requires a lot of time and dedication to see results today I met up with Lauren whoβs been putting in the hard graft with Mylo and itβs really paying off her engagement is absolutely spot on! Iβm so proud of them both! Scooby worked his socks off today we had an amazing training session. Is this video perfect absolutely not is my handling perfect absolutely not but what matters is we got out and trained and enjoyed ourselves π
Reggie is such a goofy boy he never fails to make me smile π
I was told he pulled like a steam train, so we got to work on teaching him how to walk nicely and learn that pressure on the lead means we donβt move forward and we come back to the handlers side he was amazing and picks things up super quickly π©΅
Some grooming practice to finish off the pop in visit π
On my second visit to Karen we worked on some implied stays and learning the βbreakβ cue she did so well π
Little pop in for Karen her lose lead walking was super good for our first outing πΆ
