MUDDY PUDDLE POOCHES
PRICE LIST

Group Walks for 1hr in a secure private field £12 per dog
(£6 for each additional dog from the same household)

Solo Walks for 1hr in a secure private field £17 per dog
(£6 for each additional dog from the same household)

30 min Home Visits £11 per dog/cat
(£2 for each additional pet from the same household)

Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddles Pooches Terms and
conditions By trading with us you are deemed to of accepted our
Terms
General Terms
• Acceptance of our services is deemed acceptance of our Terms and
Conditions and an agreement to pay our fees on time
• We reserve the right to deny or terminate our service because of safety or
financial concerns
• We reserve the right to either impose supplementary charges and/or
terminate this agreement if the assignment changes from the description
given by the client and requires more time or responsibility, or if there is a
change in the nature of the assignment which could not have been
reasonably foreseen by either party
• We reserve the right to stop providing care services to a client whose pet
shows aggression to us or other pets in our care
Pet Welfare
• The client consents to Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches taking any
action they consider suitable in order to protect and keep their pet in good
health
• The client consents to their pet/s sharing food & water bowls and toys with
other pets
• The client consents to Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches feeding
their pet/s as requested
• The client confirms they will be responsible for any costs which might be
incurred, either Veterinary or other, as a result of any sickness, accident,
harm or damage caused to or by their pet/s, excepting third party liability,
and that they will pay any such costs or expenses on demand
• If the client requires that their pet be medicated, they must leave clear
instructions in a written note and Email before every booking with instruction
and signed permission for us to administer said medication/s.
Veterinary Authorisation
• The client gives permission to Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches to
act as guardian for their pet/s
• If for any reason we need to take the client’s pet to a Vet at short notice, we
will take them to a local crawley vet of your choice and contact you to meet
us there
• The client authorises the chosen Vets to treat their pet/s in case of any injury
or illness
• The client gives Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches permission to
transport their pet/s to the above-named Vet by whichever means necessary
• The client will be responsible for any Vet’s charges to be paid by them to the
vet.
Cat/Dog Flap Disclaimer
• Neither Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches nor the Heather Mcgill T/A
Muddy Puddle Pooches Representative can be held liable for any loss of pets
that have access to an unlocked “cat flap” or other form of exit/entry
• In the event of a pet going missing, we will continue to visit the client’s home
as normal to provide care for the pet/s and send feedback until the client
returns
• If we have any cause for concern, we will always try to contact the client first,
after which we will notify the client or listed emergency contact regarding a
potentially missing pet.
Damages & Theft
• Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches will not be liable for any damage
or injury caused by the client’s pet/s
• Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches will not be liable for any theft of
the client’s pet/s
• Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches cannot be held liable for any
injury/illness to the client’s pet/s unless we can be shown to be negligent
• Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches cannot be held liable for any theft
or damage to the client’s property unless we can be shown to be negligent.
services
• Home visits 30 minutes
• Walks would be approximately 1 hour either solo or in a group
• The Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches representative may arrive
earlier or later, depending on their schedule and traffic
Booking & Billing
• Should the client have a short notice request, we can be contacted via phone
call, text or WhatsApp messaging
• We always bill in full in arrears on the last day of the month
• Our fees may change during the year and will become valid from the first of
the following month . Our up-to-date fees will always be found on our
facebook. It is the client’s responsibility to check this, though we endeavour
to update all clients before this happens.
Invoicing & Payment
• All invoices are due within 5 days of receipt
• Late payments will incur a charge of £10 added to the following invoice
Cancellations
• We do not offer refunds/credit for late changes or early returns
• We require no less than 48hrs notice to cancel a booking or the full amount
will be charged
Keys & Access
• Once a booking is made, we will require a set of house keys no less than 2
days before the booking start date or a code to a key safe
• Keys can be collected at the initial meeting
• The client should include information regarding any alarm or special access
instructions via message or Email
• The client must inform Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches of any/all
visitors (e.g. friends, cleaners etc.) to the client’s property if they will be in the
house at the same time as one of our representatives
• No liability can be attached to a Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches
representative with respect to home visits
Communications
• The client consents to Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle Pooches setting up a
text message or WhatsApp group for their pet/s (used for updates and
queries)
• The client agrees to send all requests to Heather Mcgill T/A Muddy Puddle
Pooches (no requests to be sent directly to an individual team member).
Holiday Period
● We shall take no more than 4 weeks off per year unless due to Emergency
or sickness
● We will provide no less than 4 Weeks notice if we can’t find appropriate
cover
● It is expected that regular customers with scheduled days each week will
take 4 weeks holiday each year and maybe bank holidays. Any additional
time away will require a 50% retainer fee for any booked days
● We require at least 2 weeks notice if you are going away and do not
require any services
Out of hours service
● If a service is required on a weekend or bank holiday an additional 50%
fee will be charged
