Weβve met old friends, and made some new along the way, always such a warm welcome from such a wonderful community.
We provided sound throughout Fore Street for the opening ceremony on Tuesday where revellers were treated to a feast of entertainment including our friends at Higher Beings Circus with their amazing aerial & fire show, and live music from the North Devon Pipe & Drums band.
Today (Wednesday) saw our team back at The Great Mills Park providing site wide audio and background music in support of the yearly Country Fair. A wonderful atmosphere prevailed throughout the day and even the rain managed to hold off until the show closed at 4pm.
A wonderful couple of days, thank you Chulmleigh, you were amazing! Looking forward to the closing ceremony on Saturday where once again the Prosound Team will be back in action!

The last few weeks have all been about Christmas Parties, working for our friends at Top Notch Entertainment Agency in some wonderful locations, supporting some equally amazing entertainers as part of the package of festive fun!
Not many snaps taken from these events sadly but weβve had an incredible season and am very much looking forward to more in 2024β¦

A few snaps from what was another magnificent day in Dawlish providing sound for the Dawlish Bike and Trike Show event and what a day it wasβ¦
Not only did the sun beat down on so many gorgeous looking machines, the record breaking attendance were treated to two amazing sets from The Headrush Band playing a high octane mix of classic 70βs/ 80βs rock and pop covers to the delight of all those in attendanceβ¦
Official numbers are yet to be announced but we know itβs well over double the expected attendance, with each rider donating their entry fee, raising money for the Armed Forces Bikers charity.
A huge well done to everyone involved in delivering on this event, you all worked so hard throughout the day, you should all be rightly proud of what you have achieved today! Special thanks to Dawlish Celebrates Dawlish Town Council Events for all the support you have given this event, so many memories made for so many in the community and beyond!
Wow!! What an absolutely incredible but exhausting week in Dawlish for the annual Dawlish Celebrates Carnival event.
We set up three separate speaker systems across The Lawn, Dawlish, with our new Yamaha speakers being put to work in the main marquee, our live sound set up was in action on The Bandstand and a third system was installed around our PA Control Trailer and on The Lawn for the various activities that were scheduled across the week.
It was such a truly memorable event for so many different reasons, with so many highlights itβs hard to list an individual stand out moment but whilst it was challenging for us, we did enjoy the Live at the Lawn event on the Wednesday which showcased six super talented young bands and performers throughout the afternoon with some real standout performancesβ¦
Dawlish Celebrates Carnival is unlike any other event we have the pleasure of working on, this small but highly dedicated team of volunteers come together throughout the year to deliver on this class leading event to the delight of the whole community. Every event that was staged throughout the week was supported so incredibly well, with record attendances for the Itβs a Knockout Competition, the traditional Pram Race and Carnival Procession itself, to name but threeβ¦
In closing, thank you Dawlish, thank you for making us feel so welcome, for all the new friendships made and for the times weβve enjoyed over the last eight days or so, so many memories made, onward and most definitely upward! π
