Available to hire by the hour or 90 minutes for 2
1 hour = £20 for 1 horse (additional £5 per horse)
90 minutes = £30 for 2 horses

stable becoming available from July 1st

Pear Tree Lake Farm Livery - cw2 near Betley only 10
minutes from M6 Junction 16

Livery Packages include:
Part Livery - Turn out, Bring in and Muck Out (Monday
- Friday)
Full Livery - Full livery services 365 Days a year. Turn
out, being in, muck out, skip out, giving any hay and
feed required and poo picking paddock
With extras offered for both packages

Included in all packages as standard are
Free Lorry parking
Free use of all arenas and Show jumps (60x40m Show
Jump Arena, 60mx20m Dressage arena and 40mx20m
Multi-Purpose Arena) with he ability to hire out the
arenas for private use lesson with no extra charge.
No arena charge on any clinic bookings
Individual paddocks
24/7 field use in the summer and day time in the
Winter (Weather permitting)

June 10th Matthew Burnett International Grand Prix dressage rider and trainer

July 17th Lucinda Fredericks International Event Rider and twice Olympian

July 20th Penny Clarke Show Horse and Side Saddle trainer and judge One of the leading experts of side saddle showing in the UK

August 10th/11th Regal Dressage International Grand Prix Dressage Rider and trainer with a demonstration on one of the days.

60 x 60m Arena split into
- 60x40m Show jumping arena and
- 20x40m Fully marked dressage arena

Full course and a full 5 jump grid already setup all that needs to be done is setting the jumps to your desired height. Excellent drainage and a surface that has only recently been redone.

Prices from
£20 per hour for one horse, with £5 for each additional
