Shout out to Kieran Alcock who's running the Adidas Manchester marathon on 14th April 2024. A wonderful young man who has been training exceptionally hard to reach his goals in supporting MIND. As we all know each and everyone of us has needed or will need mental health support at some point in our lives and without kindness like this there wouldn't be enough resources available.

Morning everyone👋🏻
As you can imagine we are incredibly busy with Christmas ahead. But just recently we have had a lot of no shows.
All we ask is you simply let us know you no longer require an appointment, this gives us chance to give another customer the slot. It puts alot of stress on us, using electric to heat the room up before any pooches come and using gas to un freeze the pipes to the shower which both cost money.
If we've missed any messages or if anyone would be liked to be added to the cancellation list then please let us know❤️
