Good morning everyone,
It's been a busy start to 2025 and we are set to have the busiest February since opening 6 years ago!
We will be sending out January invoices later today and catching up on the enquiries that are still outstanding.
The weather has made this week a challenging one but it's nice to finally see some sun!
We are still waiting on a lot of deposits for requested dates. These will go off the system if they are not paid and your dates will not be held. Due to being so busy we are unable to hold them any longer and I will then publish on Monday any reavailable dates or those on a cancellation list.
There are no Spaces available throughout Feb.

Good morning everyone,
The last few days have been horrific due to the weather. This is set to stay with us over the next few days making travelling difficult.
If you cannot get to us or don't want to risk the travel please let us know. We will happily reimburse your days.
Dogs will be limited to the amount they run around during these extremely wet periods.
There will not be many videos this week as my original phone did not like the amount of water in my pocket so I am using a temporary one which I can't afford to drown.
Any enquiries will be answered this week as the wkend is set to be a very busy one for us.

Good morning everyone,
I am working my way through enquiries and hopefully by the end of the day I will have replied to all outstanding.
Please not we CANNOT accept any new customers for this year as we are exceptionally busy througout the year already. We appreciate all the recommendations however as before we are governed by numbers and all of our current customers are keeping us busy enough. Unfortunately we do not recommend other places as I feel it would be wrong for me to do this having never been to another facility or used them personally.
Please remember if we have confirmed your bookings then deposits need to be paid within 7 days or your request is automatically removed by our booking system and dates are then re available.

Good afternoon everyone,
I have been working my way through all the recent enquiries as it's been rather busy with requests.
As stated I have highlighted some dates which we are now either accepting no more bookings for or have very limited spaces available.
February - FULL NO AVAILABILITY
April - 7th until 21st FULL NO AVAILABILITY
May - 15th until 2nd June CLOSED
June - very limited spaces available
1st August until 8th limited Availability
August- 11th until 7th September NO AVAILABILITY
September 12th until 14th NO AVAILABILITY
Please note if we are highlighting dates with no availability we have no overnight spaces on these dates as we are at full capacity. If you would like to go on a waiting list please let us know this would be pending any cancellations.
If we confirm your dates deposits are required within 7 days to hold your space. Failure to do this will result in your confirmed dates being re available.
If you also ask for an availability check and then it is some time before you book your holiday please double check if those dates are still available as it may be we have filled spaces since our first response to you.

We look forward to welcoming back our customers tomorrow we have missed those cheeky furry faces.
Hopefully the rain can keep away so we can enjoy some long play times.
I will respond back to any weekend enquiries over the next couple days as we have been inundated with bookings since Christmas.
At the minute we cannot accept any new customers now until we review all the bookings we have pending confirmation so we will update the page again in the next couple weeks with an update.

Happy new year!
2025 is looking busy for us already. I will aim to get back to all enquiries by the end of the day tomo as we have had so many requests it's going to take me a while.
Please note dates we cannot accept any more bookings for so far is 15th-23rd Feb and 15th August until 5th September. We are already at full capacity on these dates and cannot accept any more bookings. We only have capacity for 2 dogs for the start of august.
June is also now looking quite busy and we are closed from 15th May until 1st June.
If we have confirmed spaces you have 7 days from the email confirmation to confirm you space and pay the required deposit. Failure to do this will mean we will release your space. Please note we will not send you a reminder this will all be done automatically so it's your responsibility to ensure it is done.
After the weekend I will post further dates and remaining spaces on the busy periods.
If you are wanting day care dates and you are not on set days please can you let us know the days you would like.

We hope all our lovely customers had a lovely Christmas. Thank you for all our amazing gifts we are overwhelmed.
We are closed until the 6th and look forward to seeing everyone then. If anyone needs to change their day care days or make any other changes please let us know otherwise we will assume you want your normal days.
We are very limited on space throughout February and March so if anyone needs extra days on these months please let us know in advance.
We have a few outstanding payments so if they could be sorted over the wkend that would be appreciated.

Good evening everyone,
The boys have had a busy day packing all the lovely treats and toys to head off to the Rspca tomorrow morning to hand over the special delivery.
We would like to thank everyone who donated we have managed to raise about £350 worth of goodies for them which we are sure they will appreciate.
Mini manager can't wait to go and visit all the animals (hopefully not return with any more!)
We will post some pics of their morning tomorrow.

Good afternoon everyone,
I will be doing all enquiries this week so if you please have any dates get them to me by Friday. If we have confirmed dates with you then please ensure deposits are paid within 7 days otherwise we will not hold your space.
We have a busy time ourselves with mini managers and my birthday coming along with all the Christmas plans.
Please don't forget we will be closed except for those booked in from 24th until 6th January. This is for all day care and boarding.
Our rspca drop off will be on the 20th so please all gifts need to be in for the delivery on this date.

It's been busy busy with dogs in and out and bookings.
Hopefully I have responded to all enquiries and if you haven't heard back from me by Friday feel free to give me another reminder.
We now have limited space on

April 2025 and August 2025
Please if you do need dates check with us first before booking as sadly we are having to turn some bookings away on dates already due to being a full capacity.
We are licensed on numbers so once we reach capacity for boarding we will have to decline any more bookings.

As some of you know mini manger is collecting for the RSPCA and we will be taking them a load of presents before the big day.
If anyone has any donations of items from the below or wants to donate any pennies we will exchange them for toys and will add them to our collection. Hopefully the animals with no homes will have something nice to enjoy 🐶❤️. We will post pics as proof of our delivery 😊 Huge thanks to those that have already given it will be much appreciated.

Could you help?
Grab a shoe-box, fill it with some goodies from the lists below, wrap it up in your favourite festive paper and stop by the centre to place it under the tree. Alternatively, pack your festive shoebox and get it in the post to us! You can make a box for a specific species, or go for a mixed species box that can be spread around the animals! Please write on your box what animal/s your box is for.
