Good afternoon everyone,
I will be going through all enquiries this week prior to the wkend so if anyone needs dates checking etc please let me know before then.
We are now at full capacity throughout September for boarding and October is also very full. If you are needing dates from now until Christmas please can you let us know.
The diary for 2025 is already filling up with the obvious half term and holiday dates. Please also note we are not accepting any bookings including day care and boarding of any sort between 15th May and this includes the 15th until 2nd June. All those that currently have day care on days please note that we are CLOSED.
Deposits need to be paid within 7 days to hold spaces.

Good evening everyone,
It's been a very hot and busy week this week and lovely as it is we are hoping for some slightly cooler weather as it's not been so fun for the dogs.
I will be getting back to all enquires by Sunday latest I know I have a few waiting however there is quite a lot to manage at the minute. I am away next week until Thursday earliest in the days so will not be doing any enquiries and there won't be any videos as Alan is in charge.
We have NO space througout the rest of August this includes day care.
We are also full for boarding throughout September and cannot accept any more bookings for overnight stays. October is also getting full very quickly.
Please can I remind those of you with stays that it's payment before collection. All day care on a varying basis must be paid at the end of each week and any confirmed holiday dates deposits within 7 days of confirmation or your spaces won't be held.
If you are running late from your arranged time please can you let us know in advance so we are not waiting for you and please observe our opening hours we have our own plans as a family througout the rest of this month so it will be check in and outs in opening hours only unless you have prior agreed this with us in advance and not on the day you want to drop off or collect.

Good afternoon everyone,
Firstly apologies for lack of videos this week it's been a busy one with a few things going on. I am doing enquiries and will aim to get back to everyone by tomorrow at the latest.
We are completely full now until the middle of September and therefore we are unable to take any bookings of day care or boarding. We currently have a waiting list for any available dates so if your plans change please can you let us know asap. We require 24hrs notice minimum otherwise you will be charged fully.
For those of you that I have confirmed dates with already if deposits are not paid within 7 days we assume you don't want your dates. We don't have the time to send reminders so if you want your dates ensure the deposit is paid or your request will be cancelled.
All remainders need to be paid prior to collecting your dog/s.

Good evening everyone,
I have gone through all enquiries and hopefully I have replied to everyone. I am away this wkend with mini manager for his Legoland trip so any enquiries from Friday afternoon won't won't be replied to until Monday.
There will also be no videos over the weekend as Alan will be running things. For those of you collecting cakes on Saturday just remind Alan about your cakes they will be boxed and labelled but he may forget 🙈 hopefully he won't eat them!

Good morning everyone,
Just a quick message as I have quite a few messages from the wkend to get through and I will aim to respond to all of those by the end of the day.
We are at maximum capacity at the minute until the middle of September so please bear in mind we are busy. We will not be checking dogs in or outside of our opening hours as we have dogs to sort out dogs in between these times. If you are running early or late please message me to let us know.
Please can all bookings ensure your deposits are paid within 7 days or we will not hold reserved spaces after this time. All payments for boarding must be paid prior to collecting your dog.
Also a further reminder we will be closed for two weeks in May so before booking any 2025 dates please check with us first and don't assume we have availability as we are away ourselves.

Good afternoon everyone,
We have recently taken a lot of bookings for next year.
This is just a reminder that we will be closed from 15th May 2025 until 1st June 2025 and this will be for all boarding and day and therefore we will not be accepting any holiday bookings for dates within this time frame.
We are already getting limited on spaces for certain dates primarily school holidays and half term.
We will not be a accepting new customers for holiday dates at this time.

Good evening everyone,
We have recently taken the decision to review our current day care situation.
From 15th July we will no longer be accepting dogs who only require one day of day care per week. Due to licensing numbers and the fact it is now extremely busy it is not viable for us to hold spaces for dogs that only require one day a week or less.
Sadly recently we have also seen an increase in last minute cancellations whereby short notice means we are unable to fill empty spaces. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or you will be charged full price for the day.
Please can I also remind everyone of a couple of rules 🐶 ALL dogs need to come in on a lead. Please do not let your dogs off on the drive they need to be handed over to us at the gate and they will be handed back to you on a lead.
🐶 Please allow the person in front of you to check in. Don't assume your dog gets on with the other dog this may not be the case.
🐶 Do not enter through the gate under any circumstances or try and climb the gate. We have service and ex service dogs here that are sometimes out.
🐶 Please observe our opening hours. Unless pre arranged we will NOT be booking dogs in and out outside of these times. This does not mean a message on the day.
We apologise to those who will be affected by the changes and we feel the need to reiterate the rules.
We cannot accept any more bookings for the summer.

Mini manager would like to thank all those that have donated to his fund raising. He still has a few on his list to get through after being struck down with chicken pox and bad fever all over half term. He will carry on his duties and get them done when he is back to full fitness.

Good morning everyone,
Just a quick message as we have had a really busy few weeks and we are still running at full capacity and this is set to be the case now until the end of the school holidays in August.
I will get back to all enquiries by the end of the day today.
If you do need to cancel or change any days can you let us know with as much notice as possible please as we have people waiting for spaces.
We have quite a few outstanding invoices which we would appreciate if they could be paid before the end of the month.

Good morning everyone,
Mini manager will be offering his services of a dog bath this will be over the next couple weeks mainly over half term to raise money for his primary school.
Dogs will enjoy a bath and brush and will be wearing their best perfume/ aftershave once complete.
