Jumping into 2025 like our lovely boys and girls 🌟
Great to have the privilege to sit on both these big boys for their supportive owners. First up Mr consistent himself Hugo showing everyone how to do gymnastics exercises even though it was his first time 😁 can’t give this horse enough respect as he really is a proper sports horse with a big body 💖 and @the_andy_adventures preparing for his first jumping show!!
While the kids are off school Pip has been stolen, aren’t many 5 years that haven’t touched a fence at a show then can hack around town on a lead rope while Wam at 4 years sings🦄. Big thanks to all our clients, staff and support team for making 2024 good, let’s kick on and make the next year epic!

Karen Archers big boy is turning into a real dressage diva now! His impeccable manners really shone through today as well as pulling off a brilliant score of 72.9% and his first 9!!! 🥰

Little star by name, little star by attitude and ability 🌟
We popped up to @rectoryfarmarena for a quick arena hire, she worked amazingly well and just absorbed everything like a pro with her mothers love to get the job done and jump. Can’t wait to get her to a show 🥰
She is already a yard favourite for her cool personality and love so cuddles. Of course the kids can’t wait to ride her at every opportunity 💖
The two big boys and the mini boss Dinky are happy to be back together and enjoying their next field, even if eating the fresh grass is too good for Dinky to run over to say hello! 🩶🖤🤍 @the_andy_adventures , @helen_french1 and Karen Archer 😍😍😍
Fred, however is not impressed with the weather and is begging to be a house pony 😂🦄

An enormous Star of a true heavy horse is emerging ⭐️
We have had a full on couple of weeks, with new experiences and life lessons learned. As always taking the new challenges in his stride.
First off we headed to @wickstead_horseplay for an area hire with @the_andy_adventures. A pair of very good boys seeing steps, water, fillers and cross country jumps for the first time. Both tried their hardest and came away happy. Well ridden both ladies.
Next off to Hugo’s first dressage, but disaster, poor Karen fell off her own two feet and broke her elbow in two places 😱 a quick rider change with one day to go, a brush up on navigating a test. Even in the rain, again he didn’t disappoint and won 🥇 with a 69.7% well clear of the rest of the field.
Next a bit of fun for all as we trucked up to @cotswoldfunrides. We took 3 lorries and 6 horses, sorry guys didn’t get any pictures of the others! We all thought we were the same age as Lydia, cantering about, jumping logs and laughing. But we can’t forget his number one fan William, always asking for cuddles from Hugo and loves to help. I think he thinks Hugo’s massive shoe is a trophy! 😂

At least the sun has made an appearance at last after another dreadful night and morning of heavy rain, reports on the news saying it’s been the wettest 18 months since records began back in 1890s 😱 Rationing between the winter paddocks and pens is keeping everyone out every day while we pray for better weather!

Dezi having a dance and showing he still has the moves in his twenties! All the horses have been having a couple of hours up to a half day out while the weather has been horrible.
Bit of a water workout for the ladies in the aftermath, who doesn’t like splashing in paddles!! But some nice cold weather would be nice too

Foggy weather and good hedge hopping for our day out with @berksandbucksdraghounds over at Kingsclere. Amazing ground and plenty to jump. @dthommo4 Tommy jumped his socks off up some of the bigger lines with @eliza_tribe and Harry.
Everyone is getting a little taste for going a bit faster. After a rough couple of weeks Henry and Lydia are having a bit of fun again!
In the new year we are going to start some pony clinics. Aiming at kids both on and off the lead rein for a fun, confidence gaining experience with a good child focused instructor. Watch out for dates and more information!
