Hello everyone Aidan (Courtney’s husband) here just to let you all know our son Archer Jack Earl arrived safely on 6/1/24 at 10.33am weighing 8lb 5oz
Both Mum and Baby are doing really well 💙

Wishing all my customers and four legged friends a lovely Christmas and a Happy new year. Thank you for your continued support over the last year and for my lovely Christmas gifts.
Also as of today I am on maternity leave and Aidan and I would like to say the biggest thank you to all my customers for their gifts for our little boy we are so grateful. 💙
So that’s me signing off Facebook and messages now to enjoy some relaxing time before our baby decides to make an appearance. We will let you all know once he has arrived.
I look forward to seeing you all again on my return to work!

🐾MATERNITY LEAVE🐾

As the majority of you know I will be going on maternity leave as of the end of December.
This is just to re clarify what the plan is.
Baby is due in January, I will then be in contact with everyone in February to let you all know of my return date. We will then be able to schedule in an appointment for your dog for when I return. I will be coming back on a part time basis.
Obviously please respect that I do not know an official date of return at this current moment in time until baby has arrived safely.

I have sent everyone a message in regards to block booking up until December 2023 and think I have now got back to everyone.

If you haven’t replied or haven’t received a message from me and you would like to be block booked for the remainder of the year please let me know how many weeks interval and also if any day is better for you.

I won’t be automatically booking your appointments in unless I hear from you.

Existing customers only as my books are closed to new clients.

I am away on my honeymoon from end of day Saturday 4th March and will return to work on Wednesday 22nd March.
No messages or calls will be answered at all while I am away as you can understand this is a special holiday and switch off time.

Polite reminder

If your dog is in season please reschedule their appointment as it sends all the other dogs crazy after yours because of the hormones. Also they do not appreciate being put through a groom while in season and half the time you can see a negative change in behaviour while they are being groomed which is not fair on the dog.
If you bring your dog to the appointment in season they will be sent home and you will be charged for the appointment time.

IMPORTANT
I appreciate you exercising the dogs before they come to their appointments but I ask you please refrain from taking them on beach walks.
It makes the whole process longer because sand is a nightmare to remove from their coats which isn’t fair on the dogs especially in the hot weather and it isn’t the best thing for my equipment because it blunts the blades and scissors a lot quicker.

Please try and make appointments in advance as my diary is becoming very busy this is because my books are at full capacity, due to a lot of existing clients extending their doggy families. I am taking bookings up until Christmas now.
If you need to cancel or change your appointment it is highly likely you will be waiting till your next scheduled appointment unless a cancellation comes up.
