Me: Let us take a break from training while I’m away

Otto🐾
Otto the GSP is on his journey to join pack walks.
He is an anxious boy and can be super strong on lead so ensuring he has a solid understanding of walking calmly to heel is essential before starting any walks.
We charged some markers, worked on his food drive, conditioned him to a slip collar and taught him engaging with me is more rewarding, all allowing us to help build an end goal of creating a strong relationship.
We will undergo a number of solo walks to build his confidence in me and he’s also a little over socialised with other dogs so we will work on learning to co-exist.
Looking forward to spending more time with this handsome boy😍

Rudi’s board & train🐾
Rudi’s owner had stopped enjoying their walks together due to him starting to pull on the lead, wanting to greet every dog, whining outside shops and had become untrusting of him off lead with other dogs around.
We went back to basics, laid some foundations back in place, set some strict boundaries and brushed up on all his obedience until it was super solid. We then started to venture to new environments with bigger distractions for him to proof his obedience around and encourage good behaviour.
His owner is super committed and showed great skill in handling his training and have no doubt they will upkeep and be successful!
So proud of this boy and will miss him dearly🫶🏻

Frank the husky🐾
I've absolutely loved working with these clients. They have worked so hard and have been so consistent with Frank's training, and it really shows.
A typical husky, lovely boy Frank is super aloof and very independent. He also loves other dogs and has a high prey drive, making recall even harder. His owners have struggled with engagement outside and came to me particularly for ecollar training as they really wanted a solid recall so that he can live his best life safely off the lead without the feeling of worry whether he will return or not in any situation.
We got to work with his lead walking to start with as if we don't have engagement on a short lead, we definitely won't on a long one! They were both very keen to understand and stay on top of the training, which is important for his training to succeed as both owner's will know how to be consistent with it. We then had numerous sessions slowly building up Frank's general recall around a multitude of distractions before starting the ecollar training.
His owners worked super hard between sessions, and because of that, we now have an off lead Frank, able to recall from any distraction🐶
Huge well done to these owners🫶
