The Stables Cattery

The Stables Cattery is situated approx. 1 mile from Belfast International Airport in the idyllic countryside of Co Antrim, Northern Ireland . We are a small family run business offering a warm and friendly welcome with a home from home stay for your feline friends. We have over 25 years experience in cat care are fully approved and licensed by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs, insured by Petplan.

At present we are approved to board up to 22 cats, we hope to extend this over the next year. We have 5 Garden Lodge's all named after our own beloved kitty’s (Jack’s Pad, Gizmo's Pad, Jake's Pad, Buddy's Pad and Ollie’s Pad). Jack’s and Gizmo's Pad's have 4 chalets in each which can board up to two cats in each chalet. Ollie’s Pad, Jake's Pad and Buddy's Pad are family lodges which can board 2 / 3 cats from the same household.

The family Lodges are ideal for those kitty’s who don’t feel happy being around other feline friends. All of our chalets are individually heated, each chalet has its own access to a secure outside play area, where they can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the countryside. We provide vet fleece, beds and toys in all of our chalets. However, you are welcome to bring along your kitty’s favourite bed / toys or anything else that will make their stay more enjoyable.
