One of our international showjumping friends is going to be coming to us next Wednesday 19th February, and is offering some lessons during the day/evening.
These will be £60 per person for a private
And £40 if you wish to go in a shared lesson ☺️

Here is a bit of info about him!

Raunaq Anand ( BHS STAGE 5 coach)
The youngest in the world to get his BHSI stage 5 coach and rider, he has plenty of professional international competition experience jumping up to 130 tracks all over the world.

‘In terms of Coaching people i love to give people confidence over fences and try and simplify how to make showjumping enjoyable and easier as the time goes on with plenty of different exercises from pole work to jumping a course.
In addition to this i have also competed upto PSG level at dressage which is a bonus in my experience and helps me to help people understand the difference in the “Canter” between the two disciplines , after all showjumping at the end of the day is all about one’s canter’

The main route into us is now clear!
We still don’t have power here so loading messages is hard, I’m having to try and walk around trying to find some signal to write these messages! The joys of living in a dip! 😂 so I will get back to everyone later today when we have power back. But lessons are going ahead 💚✨

Well that was a terrifying day 😩🫠 we have been battered and bruised, and got multiple holes in roofs and walls, and lost some doors and fences, but horses are all ok! Can’t say it was an easy thing just sitting watching your buildings get torn to shreds with your horses terrified and climbing the walls, with literally nothing you can do, but after seeing some of the damage others have had, i think we got off relatively lightly! Hope everyone is ok! It was really quite scary, i actually was glad for one that it happened in daylight.

✨✨✨ important info for tomorrow✨✨✨
Currently we have a tree down on our hill, and on the main road coming up from Cumbernauld, the tree on our hill will be moved in the morning when safe, but there is a clear route into us via hulks road, if you put that into your satnav. NOT past world of wings, as this has a tree down also.

We have had no power since this morning and no idea when it will be back, so pls bring cash or you can alternatively bank transfer 💚

Hi guys! I’ve been keeping an eye on the wind graphs as they’ve been changing a lot, and unfortunately it looks like there will still be 65+mph gusts at 5pm with 30+mph winds so it’s just not safe to do anything with horses and children! So everything is cancelled today unfortunately 💔
The wind is meant to drop over night so everything will resume as normal for tomorrow 💚 stay safe 💚

Hi guys, obviously the weather is meant to hit high winds during the day tomorrow, and is to peak at midday. It is showing to decrease as the afternoon goes on, so regards to fun club, I’m leaving it up to up to you if you want to come, obviously we are all indoors so that’s not an issue, but it’s whether people feel comfortable to drive. The funeral of Joanna Scott will take place on Wednesday 29th January at 1100 in South Lanarkshire Crematorium.

Her husband Gavin would be comforted, I'm sure, to have as many of her friends attend and let me know that is welcome.

A floral tribute from friends has been arranged, and any contributions in excess of the cost will be donated to a charity of Gavin's choice (or deposited on the day if there is a collection).
