CANCELLATIONS!

Please be aware that cancellations of less than 48 hours will incur a fee equal to the amount charged for your groom/service payable before your next booking.( Emergency cancellations excluded.) Last minute cancellations are impossible for me to fill and cost me income that I rely on to take care of my animals.

If you have to cancel your booking please know that I will NOT be able to fit you back in before your next scheduled groom. (Emergency cancellations excluded). This is due to it being the busiest time of year for grooming. Thank you ###

Hi everybody :) Due to a few recent incidents I am now, sadly, having to implement a grooming policy contract which I will be having each client sign. I feel awful having to do such a thing as I've always tried to be as flexible, and understanding, as possible with everyone but at this point I feel it would be best for everyone. I will be getting these printed out and given to each client at your next appointment. It's just a basic contract addressing the fundamentals e.g.;cancellations, etc. I thank everyone for your understanding. ###

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
I HAVE TAKEN THE DECISION NOT TO TAKE ON ANY FURTHER CLIENTS FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. Please please please as much as I am grateful to each and every one of you for recommending me and supporting me I simply cannot take on any more. I'm very admittedly a soft touch but my work life balance is starting to suffer and as you're all aware my health has been pretty rubbish the last month or so. CUSTOMER NOTICE:

Just a heads up for all of my lovely customers. Atm I am suffering from a case of dog groomers lung from having inhaled a lot of very fine hair a wee bit back. It has given me an infection in my lungs that causes me to have sporatic coughing fits. I AM NOT CONTAGIOUS IN ANY WAY. If I start to hork my lungs out whilst grooming your pupper please don't be alarmed, just pass me a glass of water, if I don't already have some with me, and I'll be fine. Thank you everyone ###
