In my line of work I'm often asked if I offer dog training, and while I'm confident and competent enough with training my own, and always happy with offering advise to clients, its sometimes not enough.

Wither it be for the very basics of puppy masterclasses and socialisation, too older dogs with more complex behavioural issues, Martin will have no problem in advising and helping where he can. Tomorrow at 10am Dumfries House Fun Dog Show!! 🐶🐾

Come along with your pups and enter them in to the shows and treat them to all the pup dedicated stalls 🤩🤩

⌛ FUN DOG SHOW: less than a week to go!

🐕 Registration for the 2023 Dumfries House Fun Dog Show is now open.

🐩 Those looking to take part in the family-friendly event, which will take place in the field in front of the main house on Wednesday 16 August from 10am until 1pm, can register at the estate’s Visitor Centre from now until 5pm on Tuesday 15 August.

🐶 The popular annual event gives local pooches the opportunity to compete for a series of prizes and lighthearted titles including Best Sausage Catcher, Waggiest Tail, Best Trick, Cutest Puppy and Best Rescue Dog. Those under the age of 10 will also have the opportunity to show off their training skills in a bid to be crowned Best Young Handler. Spectators are encouraged to come along and cheer on the competitors.

🐾 Entry costs just £2 per category, and will go to support the work of Ayrshire Drone Dog Rescue, which works to reunite owners with their missing pets using hi-tech equipment and a team of dedicated volunteers.
