The double suspension gallop that is unique to sighthounds, as demonstrated by one of my whippets. The front legs and back legs fully extend before crossing past each other under the body, meaning they are airborne twice during each stride. It is this gait that allows them to hit incredible speeds!

We are a professional dog walker, here to provide dog walking services to the dogs and their families in the Cupar area. Whether you require solo walks, group walks with other compatible dogs, or training advice.

Hound Hike started from a lifelong love of dogs and the outdoors. We currently share our home with two beautiful blue whippet girls. After being made redundant from a career as an IT professional, the time was right to share this passion for dogs with the wonderful people of Cupar. With the great outdoors as our office, we feel we have the best job in the world!

Solo walks £15 per hour
Group walks £10 per hour per dog
