Meanwhile the BUS PROJECT is slowly happening.
Fabricating the back end for the air con machine and bike rack, also fabricating so electronic locks for the side service hatch.

A recent project, bought as a doer upper. Turned this around and new owners love it. Turned out really well.
Paint work, and fully lined out with a nice alcantara touch on the ceiling.

Added 4 solar panels to this crafter. A combined power of 640 watt and an upgraded mppt victron controller also an upgrade from a lead acid battery to a 300ah lithium.

Ready for off-grid living 😁

Update on bus.
Passenger side rear arch all done , the lower side bonded on and front section stitched and fibreglassed

Side bonded on, toilet cassette hatch cut out, rear garage storage draw cut out. Passenger rear arch fibre glassed and top coated

Blue Bus conversion from Auto to 6 speed Manuel was a success. Lots to do including changing , pedal box, ECU , wiring looms, gearstick and linkage, instrument cluster,

Works a treat and at 172 bhp it performs great on the hills as well.
New MOT .

A few little jobs to do. New fridge, etc and it will be up for sale.

My dad's bike. Bt1100 bulldog. Making slow progress. Wheels powder coated. New boots 😁😁.

New chain set, new Miv exhaust system.
Removed and painted side casings, sand blasted foot pegs. And a deep clean.
Ducati course rim sticker on the rear wheel.

Exhaust sounds amazing. 😁

More decals to go on, more cleaning, and a hydraulic brake fluid change to be done.

Picked up donor van for the blue bus.
6 speed Manuel coming out of the donor van, and replacing the broken auto box in the bus. Both engines and boxes are out.

Frame, rear trailing arms and driveshaft Hub
Calipers, rear sets. All freshly powder coated.

So this is my Dad's bike, ( Yamaha Bt100 Bulldog
) he was going to do it up and started to.
I've decided to go to a whole different level on getting this bike showroom condition,
Keeping the bits that matter most.

UPDATE ON THE BUS.
Not done much the last few months.
But chassis is all finished and painted.
And floor has been cut and loose layed.

Hopefully will be on it within a month.

Well a change of scenery, bought a few bikes to do up. A few little jobs to do and sell on.
Tiger 1050 a fantastic bike and sold straight away. Still got KTM 640 and Mt09 tracer
Both up for sale.
