❗️❗️Please please can we ask people to let us no if they cannot come for appointments, just a quick message or call is all we ask, it's our busiest time of year, we have people waiting for cancellation slots, but we cannot fill them if people just don't turn up. We've had 2 appointments just not turn up this week already.
If you have an appointment over the next week and cannot make it please let us no asap so we can offer it to someone else.

Good evening just a quick one, if anyone messages for appointments or queries we may be abit slow replying over the next few days. We were both involved in a nasty horse riding accident yesterday and are both abit broken, battered and bruised. We will reply to messages when we can but for now we need to rest up for a couple of days. Thank you to our understanding customers for happily rescheduling there appointments from today and tomorrow it's much appreciated. 🙂🥰
