*little life update (and why it might be quiet on my social media’s for a while) ☺️

So for my wonderful clients that I’ve been blessed to work with in this season, it’s no surprise to say that I’m heading off on maternity leave. You’ve been with me as my little bump grew bigger and bigger (and very patient as we slowly waddle to see the horses for sessions 🤭)

So I wanted to post to say why my page is likely going to be quiet for the next few months while I bring in the next herd member into the world 🐴🥰

So as my midwives keep telling me … I’ll finally switch off and have a good old rest to prepare for little one (like Shiloh in the last picture 😅)

I’m so exited for the next chapter, but I’ve equally got some great plans for when I return from my maternity leave.
I can’t wait to return and help more people to find their place of peace and find who they truly are ☺️

Horses invite us to see the real us, they show us what we’ve been hiding or too scared to feel sometimes.

It can be brave to show up and let the horse speak to us, but it’s so worth hearing the messages they have for us 😌

😅👏 Elvis was star of the day yesterday during a session, he has such a funny sense of humour! He seemed to catch on as I handed each of the cards to the student I was working with and decided to take one in his mouth and pass it to the young girl 🤭😅

What a clever boy! 🥰

And what a great session as we explored: ‘Our circle of control’.

It’s great to consider that which we can control (or at least have some degree that we can mange) and what we can let go of and let just be.

You’re invited to our introductory ‘Mindfulness with Horses’ course coming up in July and August and anyone is welcome to join. The Course dates are: Saturday 20th July, Saturday 27th July, Saturday 3rd August & Saturday 10th August 2024, from 10:30am-11:30am. The course aims to equip you with skills to help cope with the stresses of life, alongside some mindful experiences with the herd of horses, investment is £20 per person, per session. We have some very exciting news to share … 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🥹. We’ve finally hit the ground here, making my dream come true for a bigger and even more beautiful space for me and the horses. Scotland has been a dream of mine for years and years, it’s been a place I used to escape to. That’s until a quote really hit me: “Why are you living a life that you need to escape from?” 🤔Exactly! Scotland has drawn my drawn to it for its space, beauty and culture. So here I am, no longer escaping here, but building a life here. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 I have been so welcomed by the community and I have some exciting community projects in the works!
