A reminder that our Nae Fireworks Night will be taking place tomorrow night (Sat 5th Nov) at Whitelee from 5pm - Please enter the site for parking at the Operational Entrance, located 1 mile west of the main visitor centre entrance on the B764 Moor Road - Don't be tempted to turn up too early, as we need to leave the Visitor Centre Car Parks free for daytime visitors and disabled parking - https://www.eastrenfrewshire.gov.uk/whitelee-events-and-clubs
The Visitor Centre will be open for the event from 6pm-9pm for visitors to come in with their dogs for hot drinks and cake, toilets, and a seat - don't forget to bring your re-usable cup to receive a discount off your hot drink and help us reduce our waste.
The popular Ranger-led torch-lit walks into site should be setting off from outside the Visitor Centre at 6.30pm (longer walk - 6km/4miles) and 7.00pm (shorter walk (3km/2miles) - please wrap up warm and bring a torch...and light up your dog with a light collar if you wish.
What to bring:
🧤🧣🧥🥾Dress for the weather - warm clothes, waterproofs and don't forget the dog's coat!
🔦Torch & dog lights (if you have them)
🐶Dog lead
💩Dog poo bags - Bag it and Bin it!
