Our practice will be open but services may be limited due to reduced staff numbers and our phone lines may be very busy so appreciate your patience if any delays.

Cat Missing 3/1/25 Kilwinning

Please help to get this beautiful boy home, if you have any sighting please let us know and we can pass details to his very worried owner.
He is eight years old and is neutered and microchipped. No collar. He is black and white with a white spot on the right hand side of his face. He went missing from his home in beechwood Kilwinning on 3rd January. He is very shy.

Calling all bird keepers

If you keep birds from 1st December 2024 they must be registered.

The registration requirement does not apply to birds on the premises that belong to the order Psittaciformes (parrot family, including budgerigars) or Passeriformes (perching birds, including jays and finches), which have no access to the outdoors i.e. they are kept inside dwellings or in fully enclosed outdoor structures.
However, any birds which are exercised or trained outdoors must be registered.

Any other species of birds or chickens, ducks and pigeons must be registered

In England and Wales the cut off date is today 1/10/24

Repair works in car park 17/9/24

We are having repairs to our main water supply this week which will mean some disturbance with machinery and tradesman in carpark. This may reduce car parking spaces and manoeuvrability within the car park. You may find it easier to park on adjacent street. There will also be some noise associated with these works and whilst not ideal for our clients and pets this is unavoidable. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Help Elizabeth Marsden raise money to support Guide Dogs

The practice is proud to have been a longstanding supporter of Guide Dogs for the Blind helping care for their dogs and owners. This summer the charity is raising funds to train much needed new puppies with several sky diving events. We are delighted to share the news that one of our visually impaired clients who relies on her Guide Dog Ivan is completing the skydive herself and we will share a link to her own just giving page later today. Road Closure - 8-14th July Roche Way Dalry

Roche Way in Dalry is closed for resurfacing this week, this may result in delays to travel in and around area. Vennel Street is only accessible from the bottom (Kilwwining) end .
