Odin is looking for a new home through no fault of his own. He is a GSD husky cross 2 years old in June. He is fairly typical to both breeds, incredibly affection, very loyal in the shape of a great big teddy bear. He is a big dog so can take some handling, and can be boisterous and playful, he’s entire so can do some territory marking.

He will stop to have a stroke from kids but I would suggest not suitable for young ones simply because of his size, not tried with cats and I’m not sure I would, not fazed by other dogs at all, just doesn’t really show any interest

Well 10 whole years ago today we embarked on a new adventure where we promised ourselves we would look after your animals like our own. We would genuinely like to thank all and everyone of you that has trusted us with the furry members of your family. We do love our job 🥰🥰🥰

Can anyone help a lovely old lady. It looks like Pippa is going to need a new home. Her mum has had a fall and may not be able to go home.
Pippa is 11 years old, spayed female. She is tri colour border collie and is such a lovely dog and loves to please. .
No issues, house trained and needs company. Not a fan of cats
She has been with her mum since she was a 12 week puppy. 😞

Hi. There has been a couple of posts advising that our road is going to be closed on the evening of the 16th. Although we haven’t been contacted by the council George Cox have advised that should we need emergency access then we will have it. We will be here looking after your animals 😊

I reminder that due to the roadworks and now emergency United utilities work on Delph Lane the only way you can get to us is onto Keckwick through Moore or Sandymoor. You can’t get via the science park

Preta's heartbroken owner has asked us to help.him find a home for his beloved 14 year old best friend who accompanied him to the UK from.Brazil 5 years ago ...sadly due to a family emergency he has to go home in a few days and shes too old to go with him 😪

Preta is a fabulous, well behaved, healthy dog who would suit a retired couple...she is a dream to walk on the lead and has no behavioural.issues.

Notice of price rise from 1st January

1 dog - £20 per day
2 dogs per kennel - £30 per day
3 dogs per kennel - £35 per day

1 cat - £12
2 cats - £18
3 cats - £22

Unfortunately due to an increase in no shows and very late cancellations in the kennels we are having to request deposits. Deposit will be a flat 3 days, for any stays shorter than this payment is required in full. This is refundable if the booking is cancelled 6 weeks before the start of the stay. We will be contacting all clients over the next few weeks and a link for payment will be sent. If you want to contact us please email us at [email protected]

Hi, now we are back to pre covid capacity we are looking for someone else to join us on a part time basis. Ideally 3-4 days a week. Must have experience, own transport and be able to work alone. Very rewarding job for any animal lover. If you are interested please send me a message

We have been advised by one of suppliers this morning that ALL Applaws from Fold Hill Foods will be recalled, not just the GB218E5009 code. I am awaiting clarification on this
As of this morning there have been 209 confirmed cases of Pancytopenia, with a 72% mortality. This is beyond imagination.
Brands manufactured at this establishment and recalled are
Applaws
Sainsburys Hypoallergenic
AVA
Pancytopenia is reduced levels of red blood cells, white blood cells and platelets.
Symptoms include: Lethargy. High temperature. Pale gums. Blood in the urine or faeces (faeces will usually be dark black). Small areas of bruising to the skin or gums.
If you notice any of these symptoms contact your vet immediately.

Hi all, we do hope you are all safe and well.

Well that was the year that was! Hopefully normality is not that far away. This year is booking up fast. Lots of people did just move bookings from last year, we do have specific times for drop off and pick ups now so if we haven’t spoken to you to arrange this please get in touch. Also if your circumstances have changed please do let us know, we don’t want to turn people away unnecessarily.

We look forward to seeing you all back very soon - please don’t forget your mask, one person only where possible. Viewings are strictly by appointment only
