Hi, I am so very sorry, but after a very hard and heart breaking decision, I am unfortunately stopping grooming as of July 1st.
I can send you recommendations for others groomers if you wish and I am happy to pass on grooming instructions.

Two days prior to your appointment you get a text, PLEASE confirm you will be attending or not!
If you can not attend you just need to text back then I can arrange another dog to take the space!

If you do not text and refuse to turn up you WILL have to pay a NO SHOW FEE £15 PER DOG BEFORE I book you back in, and then you WILL have to pay a deposit!
Please be considerate of my small business and other dogs waiting for grooms!
