May I introduce Billy,🐾💙 a delightful Patterdale cross. Billy began coming to me last April. He was quite anxious initially, and we needed time to build trust. It was challenging at first, as he disliked the dryer and did not appreciate having his front paws or face touched. However, with a consistent grooming schedule, he has overcome most of his anxieties and now tolerates having his paws handled and being dried. He remains somewhat hesitant about having his face groomed, but I believe we understand each other better now, and I am mindful of his limits, working patiently with praise and encouragement. Billy now eagerly enters the grooming room, tail wagging, and greets me with kisses. Well done, Billy, you are a star 🌟 🤩
