Apologies in advance for the long post.
I know some of you, by now are aware of a recent incident at the shop so I just wanted to update you all and prevent any confusion.
Last week I was badly attacked by a customers dog which resulted in me being hospitalised and undergoing surgery.
This has obviously had a huge impact on the business and for me both mentally and physically and means I cannot groom until I am fully recovered.
Em alongside another groomer, Becs will be offering as many appointments as possible to ensure your dogs still get groomed. Both girls are fully qualified groomers and I can assure you all that your pups are in extremely safe hands.
This is not an easy task as Bec’s still has her own customers dogs to groom, both girls are under an immense amount of pressure and will be working over and beyond their usual hours so can I please ask that you try and be flexible with the appointments they offer and you are kind and patient with them as they try their very best to accommodate.
To Em, who has literally taken over running a business overnight, she has gone above and beyond and I’m so very, very proud of her.
To Bec’s from ‘Pretty Pawfect’ for the selfless act of moving her business to mine in order to groom her own dogs and help groom mine and to Bec’s customers for being so understanding.
These two girls are remarkable humans and I know I’ll never be able to repay them for what they are doing, I literally do not know what I would do right now without them but thank you from the bottom of my heart💕💕
To my customers, thank you for your kindness, patience and understanding during this difficult time, as soon as I am able, I’ll be back doing the job I love and hopefully things will get back to normal.
