Hope everyone is having a good start to their week. Sorry for the long message but it’s just to remind everyone to please double check when their appointments are, I’ve had two no shows today and I completely understand that people forget or they get the wrong date/time etc but this is my livelihood. I am turning people away as I don’t have appointments and then I am having to be sat around losing money when people don’t turn up. If anybody would like a reminder the day before I can happily do that. Also if you’re running late please let me know. If you’re later than 10 minutes your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you may still be charged. I understand people get stuck in traffic etc but please don’t just turn up 15 minutes late expecting to still have your dog groomed as it is just not possible. Please give me a quick ring to let me know you’re running late I would really appreciate it. Thanks very much x
