Just a polite notice I have had 6 no shows in the past two days😭 Please allow 24 hours notice or 48 hours notice for two or more dogs for cancellations or appointments are required to be paid in full, no payment no more appointments. This is the busiest time of year for me, I have early starts in the mornings and late finishes and I’m left sat twiddling my thumbs when I have so many people wanting appointments that I could have booked in instead. So I am really sorry to do this but if you do not show to your appointment or cancel last minute I will need full payment before you can book in again. I do understand that it’s a busy time of year for everyone and there is a lot going on but this is my livelihood and I cannot not afford to be losing all of this income. Thankyou
