Exceptional service. No, really! Exceptional. Karen was superb, even answering my email on a Saturday evening. Brought my baby Highland from Kingussie, to Kelso, to Bucks and then to me in Dorset. A big deal for a pony straight off the hills. Beautiful lorry. The driver, Clive,was perfect- kept me informed every step of the way. Said I could call him anytime as he had handsfree.
