Outside stable with rubber matting, hay & storage sheds, muck trailers, all year round turnout, mares and geldings separate, 2 x floodlit schools, poly jumps, grass XC field with jumps & 20x60 dressage arena, security lights and intruder alarms, hay and straw always on site, speedgate deliveries every Monday, heated tea room, fridge, hot water, toilet, owners on site 24/7.
£50 per week. No deposit needed or held. Assistance & holiday cover available. Local transport / collection may be possible. Also may be suitable for an owner looking for a few hours yard work to help with their own bills. Friendly, helpful yard looking for like minded people 😊

Two 20x40 floodlit arenas, 20x60 grass dressage arena and full set of showjumps on grass. Off road farm hacking. Mares and geldings separate. Help available if needed.
Also possibility of 5 day mon - fri livery available.
