Clarence is part of Dartmouth Hilltops, which is a bespoke collection of apartments with private parking. Clarence is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment with bi folding doors opening on to a private patio area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven, washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, kettle, iron, toaster, hoover and other cleaning equipment. The k
itchen is complete with all the usual pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. The living room has ceiling mounted speakers, driven by an amplifier that can be connected to your phone / ipad etc. The living room and both bedrooms have smart TVs. The bathroom contains a shower bath, concealed thermostatic shower mixer, ceiling mounted shower head, and wall mounted sink with waterfall tap. As well as chrome towel rail, there is also electric under floor heating controlled by a digital control unit. An integrated radio has also been installed with 2 ceiling speakers, controlled by a digital remote. There are two double bedrooms with open aspect to the front elevation. One of these is a double, the other can be configured as a kingsize or twin room. Having a young child of our own, we have also included a selection of equipment for babies/toddlers, including; a baby bath, travel cot, bed guard, potty, high chair, baby monitor, and a selection of toys including a play mat and a walker. The apartment comes complete with towels, tea towels and bed linen for your stay. We regret that pets cannot be accommodated, and the apartment is strictly non smoking. All prices are for one week/7 nights, with a changeover day of Saturday. If you wish to stay for a different changeover or a shorter period this will depend on availability - please get in touch.
