Just to let you all know your sausages will be toasty warm again the Aga has been repaired after it’s catastrophic failure last week & yes it’s relit 🎉🎉🎉.

Well the old girl has been brought back to life today by the help of AGA Steve.
It died a sudden death last week and the burner was obsolete 😳.
Fortunately I found Aga Steve. He upgraded the burner & gas valve, installed an electric hob where the warming plate used to be and as they say ‘ we’re cooking on gas! ‘
Excellent professional service. Highly recommended. Thank you.
The good news is the sausages are roasting again too 🐾🌭🐾🌭😜

Not long now before we are home from holiday and back caring for all your super sausages. We are well rested and ready for the winter season. Plenty of logs for the fire and the Aga is churning out warmth 24/7 as usual.
We have been running at reduced numbers as Martin had a knee replacement last month but he’s ready to run a marathon now 😂😂….. well almost. Here are some of our Sept/Oct guests:

Only been back off holiday a month but we have been sausages out ! Even had an unplanned visit from the licensing team at the local authority. Nothing to worry about everything was in order as it should be. They do this to all 5* rated establishments.

Instead of our holiday in Cyprus I got a new hip 😳, wasn’t planned but I’m well on the way to recovery now .
I’ve had a whole bunch of sausage guests to spur me on and Martin has been a massive help.

Really sorry folks we are not taking anymore bookings this side of bonfire night.
Sadly,Bank Holiday Monday was not a good day. I fell at home resulting in a total hip replacement which was carried out yesterday. Need to thank

We have taken the decision to close our books to new customers.😱😱

We need to concentrate on the customers who have been loyal to ourselves in previous years.😃😃

We are intending to scale down, but not stop what we do to accommodate some kind of retirement for the time being. As most of you know this is a 24/7 operation and we are not getting any younger.🤪🤪

The enquiries we receive has reached unprecedented levels and is nearly a full time job in itself!

So in a nutshell. If you have used our services in the past it’s business as usual.
