Hi Guys

We are afraid we have no water again 🙄

We will be contacting all bookings for today to rearrange asap via messenger.

We are replacing the work mobile phone this morning so we are currently not contactable via phone but will be by lunchtime.

If you are happy for your dog to have a dry cut and no bath we can still honour your appointment ✂️

Due to the heatwave this week we will be closed on Tuesday.

The Spa is in a very old building which gets super hot in summer and very cold in winter !

We’d hate to cause any discomfort or illness to any of our clients 🐶💜

Just a friendly reminder we are only taking cash & bank transfer for now.

Please can we ask all clients to make sure they’re paying for Dog Grooms before they leave the shop.

Or before we pick your dog up. We won’t be collecting dogs if we haven’t received payment moving forward.

Staycations - we require payment in full 24 hours before your dog is dropped off with us.

Again, if we don’t receive payment, we will cancel your booking.
