I am based in Darwen, Lancashire at my purpose built canine rehabilitation centre. We are always prepared for any pet's needs and ensure that your pet will receive the best care and love. Their happiness and care is our priority and we strive to provide a service we would want our own pets to receive. At home I have a working cocker spaniel who is regularly out and about keeping me busy.

Our Story

Physiotherapy assesses the animal as a whole looking at them statically, dynamically and through touch. The range of motion of joints and feel of the tissues are investigated. Following assessment, a treatment plan will be devised using several techniques for example, massage, stretching, electrotherapies and potentially hydrotherapy.

The goals of the treatment plan will vary dependent on the assessment. Some common conditions treated with physiotherapy include:

  • Pre and post-operative rehabilitation

  • Musculoskeletal injury
