We are looking for a hard working and motivated groom to join our existing team.

The role includes all general yard duties, mucking out, daily chores etc but you will not be required to ride.

We have a very relaxed yard with lovey horses and owners.

RELIABILITY is extremely important as we are a large yard and have a lot of horses stabled.

5 Day livery spaces available

Based in Datchworth, we are offering 5 day livery on our beautiful countryside yard

We have some of the most fantastic hacking with 8,000 acres of woodland, accessible by our back gate. You will never need to touch a road if you don’t want to!

We have excellent facilities on site, including a 60 X 30 ménage which was resurfaced in 2021, 40 X 20 lunge arena/overflow ménage, horse walker, hot wash, solarium, tea room and tuck shop. We have all year round turnout including sick paddocks. Individual turnout available by arrangement.

Large, airy stables with individual, secure storage. Experienced staff are available 7 days a week to provide services and owners live on site.

We can provide high quality forage and bedding with several options available.

We work closely with Saracen Horse Feeds and can offer tailored nutritional advice from one of their experienced nutritionists.

We have a great mix of liveries from happy hackers to those competing at National level. Everyone is very supportive and we have lots of clinics, on site trainers and external instructors welcome.

If you are new to the area, we can put you in touch with the best vets, farriers, physios and hacking buddies!

We offer a park and ride service so your friends can come and hack out in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside or even hire our arena.
