🛑Notice of price increase🛑

Unfortunately due to everything increasing in price and the cost of living I’m being forced to increase my prices also. I’m really sorry to everyone but having done some research I’m not the only one.

The new prices start as of the end of January as follows:

£40 per night per dog
£75 per night for two dogs from same home.

£30 for daycare per day for one dog 9am - 6pm

£50 for daycare per day for two dogs from same home 9am-6pm

I’m also limiting my numbers this year mainly through the peak time summer months so please book in as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.

Word of warning.

Benny was rushed to emergency vet last night. Woke me at 4am covered in lumps and hives all over his body, legs and head and violently scratching.
He’s ok. Vet said they couldn’t say what it was but he had an anti histamine injection and some tablets for the next few hrs.

The bill was £350! I had piritEZE in the house but not PIRITON and they are not the same. Had I had PIRITON i May have been able to give him half a tablet ( he’s 9.5 kg) and could of solved it avoiding the vet. The moral of the story is

🛑 always keep a stock of PIRITON in the house and make sure you know correct doseage incase this happens to you.

Could be a bee or wasp sting, a change in food, laundry detergent or floor cleaner. None of this has been changed here with us so maybe it was a sting? We don’t know but just incase, I thought it’s worth knowing for everyone x

There are way too many Unlicensed businesses offering to look after your precious dog in their house not yours.

No Licence=invalid business insurance=invalid pet insurance.

The following online platforms fail to check whether someone offering home boarding, kennels or day care is licensed:-

Rover
Bark
Gudog
Holidog
Tailster
PetBacker
Pawshake
etc

And many listed on these sites do not even hold a valid Animal first aid qualification!

Ask to see their
Licence and their Insurance. And if you’re unsure, check with your
local authority.

It’s a criminal offence to provide these services without a licence, with the potential for an unlimited fine and or up to 6 months imprisonment & a criminal record that will stay with you for a long time!

Be smart. Be pet safe. 🐾🐾

So…. As the temperature is still awfully hot at gone midnight we are sleeping downstairs tonight to keep all fans and air con units going through the night safely to keep ours and all visiting dogs cool through the night. I can not wait for this heat to go now.
