HD Paws Dog Grooming My name is Hollie and I love dogs! I have an OCN Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming, am Canine First Aid Trained and fully insured.

My home salon offers a relaxed, friendly, one-to-one, professional high quality service in a safe environment for your dog.

Polite notice & reminder to all my customers 🐾

While I understand that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled or rearranged, I do ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice, where possible as per my terms & conditions.

This will enable me to accommodate other dogs & customers on my waiting list, in need of a grooming appointment.

Unfortunately, cancellations have a huge impact on my small business and I may have no choice but to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the grooming service charge.
(Please note, this will be payable prior to any future booking.)

It has been a busy few weeks and I definitely couldn’t have done it without all the wagging tails, wine, chocolates, biscuits, fizz, flowers, tips, cards and wonderful Christmas presents you have gifted.
