Sweet Potato & Green Bean Chewy Biscuits for Dogs 🍠🌱🍪🐾
These Sweet Potato & Green Bean Chewy Biscuits are a nutritious and satisfying treat for your furry friend. Packed with fiber and vitamins, they’re soft enough for easy chewing but firm enough to be a rewarding snack.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato (cooked and cooled)
1/4 cup finely chopped green beans (steamed or lightly boiled)
1 large egg
1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil (optional, for added moisture)
1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
1/4 cup rolled oats (optional, for texture)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, chopped green beans, egg, and olive oil. Stir until well combined. Gradually add the oat flour and rolled oats (if using) to form a thick dough. If the dough feels too sticky, add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time.

3. Shape the Biscuits
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick. Use cookie cutters to create fun shapes, or simply cut the dough into squares or strips.

4. Bake
Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm but still slightly soft in the center. For crunchier biscuits, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.

5. Cool Completely
Allow the biscuits to cool completely on a wire rack before offering them to your dog.

Storage:
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw before serving.
