Such an amazing time at Crufts!
Was great to meet up with some of the people I started my grooming training with, Amy Cook and Kloe Riley from Kutts for Mutts.
Absolutely jam-packed day - We watched many grooming demonstrations from high quality professionals, tested out (and brought) some new grooming equipment, watched so many talented dogs and handlers, discovered new interesting information on our much loved and more unusual dog breeds and much much more!

Teaching your dog "paw" or "shake" is a great way that they can start to learn to feel comfortable with their feet being handled. Their feet may need to be handled by dog groomers, vets or even you when checking their feet for such things as grass seeds. Just remember to keep it fun and positive. Here you can see we are just starting with a touch on the hand before gradually learning to rest the paw onto my hand 🐾
