Freezing cold walks today on Markeaton and Darley parks. The trees looked beautiful with the frost. Started off at -5 and finished at -1 degrees. Had 3 very fast walks trying to keep warm.

Such a sad day today. Little Daisy crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning. One of my first customers and I loved that little dog so much. Night night and RIP Daisy dots 🌈🐾😢

I attended the walk on 20th June to hear about DWT and DCC's proposals for our beautiful Allestree Park. It seems that they would like to create another Markeaton/ Darley Park with numerous activities rather than re-wilding as we were led to believe! Please attend the so-called consultation at the Evergreen Hall to look at their draft master plan. If we allow their vision to become reality we will lose our unique park forever.
