I received a very touching letter from clients who had lost their dog recently, and have permission to share it.

As a business, I choose not to post about the passing of your dogs, as it is a very private and personal thing to go through. But I'd just like to say, I miss every dog that has passed over the 6 1/2 years of grooming and know, first hand, how painful and long lasting it can be. I always like to send a sympathy card and personal message on the loss of your pet.

**POLITE REMINDERS**
I am quite time poor at the moment, juggling lots of plates, so apologies for forgetting things, as we all do from time to time, so I need your help........

*Please check your dogs for *FLEAS* before their appointment. *an extra charge will be added to the groom. Finding fleas has a huge knock on effect to my workload. From cancelling and rescheduling the rest of the days dogs to hours of extra deep cleaning. I try very hard to keep the salon flea free, using 2 monitoring aides:
1- A flea monitoring trap which is turned on at the end of the day, which so far has had no guests👍
2-My own dog who visits the salon every day, who has yet to ever have a flea. She gets a morning inspection/cuddle to check for fleas, ticks, grass seeds and a general nose2tail health check.

*BANK TRANSFERS*
If paying by bank transfer, please pay within 24 hours of the groom. A reminder will be sent after 48 hours. By mid August I had £185 in overdue payments, which takes extra time to monitor and chase up. I do have a card machine, but I am charged for using it, I also accept cash.

It's amazing that 2 puppies from the same litter came all the way from Stafford to live in the same little village. 👏

🐾 Access to the salon+yard remains the same, the side gate will be "closed to" but should be unlocked at your drop off/collection times only. When the gate is locked, please ring the bell and I will come to the side gate asap.
Clients dogs are welcome to use the back yard for toilet breaks but the grass is out of bounds as our puppy is NOT covered by her vaccination yet.
