Hello all, just to check in with you. It was 3 weeks today I had my operation. They gave me a window frame between 6 and 8 weeks. I will check in with you all in the next few weeks and send you a personal message. I am learning to have to be patient and let my body heal as it needs to recover and get stronger. ‘Time is a great healer’ they say… I have started my own physio plan which is great progress. I want to move quicker than I can, but I’m having to be more vigilant with my symptoms. Hope to be back in some form of capacity in the next several weeks. Missing all of my furry friends so much. ❤️‍🩹🐶 ###x

Hi. Just touching base. It’s been 2 weeks since I had my operation and today is day 1 of week 3 recovery. I’m slowly but surely getting stronger. The operation was not as straightforward as we all thought. I will keep you all posted but I would like to say a big thank you to you all for your well wishes 🙏🏽. This has got to be the 1st time my legs literally do not want to do anything but being such an active person it’s been mentally a struggle for me. It’s amazing the process of how your body heals ❤️‍🩹. Barney bear is missing all his friends. They say a dog shadows and mimic their loved ones and Barney is definitely doing that resting up a lot more and is by my side 24/7 he know his mummy is recovering. Love him immeasurably ❤️🐶. Hope you are all coping in this horrendous wet weather. Best wishes Kali for GeoBella’s 🐶 🐾 ###x

October is here 🍁 and it started off with a lot of wet weather. Temperatures are quite mild for this time of year so that’s 1+ point. Most of my regular Clients already know but for anyone that I’ve missed please do note in your diaries from the 17th of October I will not be available. Hopefully after my operation with the timeframe the hospital has given me I will recuperate and be back stronger 🤞🏽🙏🏽.
Thanks for your lovely support and kind words. It really means a lot to me - as you know my dogs are my passion and I put 💯 into what I do . Those who know me well know that I can’t sit still at the best of times. So this is going to be very difficult for me. Please keep sending me lots of pictures of your loved furbabies, but on this occasion, I’m going to have to put my health first and the walking boots into the cupboard for a while….
I will keep you all posted. Lots of love to you all 😘###x ( my last working day is October 16th).

What a week it’s been, rain and sunshine. A combination of dog sits, visits, and dog walks. Getting back into a routine. To all you good people please pass on the word to any friends and family if they need of any Dog Care I have vacant spaces just lost one dog to old age and another to personal circumstances. Hi, all, welcome to manic September. Out of interest, I happened to hear the end of Jeremy Vine interview on the radio on Thursday. It was talking about veterinary fees. I hear you say ‘let’s not go there’… I myself have had ample of visit lately to the vets. However, the interview spoke to one lady who said in 2005 she went to the vets with her dog who had a throat operation and it cost at that time, £4000. 15 years later the same operation, in 2020 for her 2nd dog this time round it cost her £15,000. I am sure this could open up a debate for many of us. People are seeking to going across Europe for veterinary assistance. Unfortunately, for some they simply cannot afford the fees. It’s so sad and probably for the same operation a human being would pay less. Sign of the times we live in. Hold on tight to your loved furbabies treasure every moment ❤️🥰🐶

And just like that it is September 1st. It’s going to be hectic getting back to the norm routine. With everyone at work, school run, and college. I am not sure where the summer has gone? Hopefully we will have a nice September 😎. This month will see a busy one with Dogs sits, Dog boarding and back on the walkies. 🐾 ###

Today is national Dog Day and I would like to dedicate this to lil Tilly 💞.
Tilly has gone over the rainbow 🌈 no longer suffering. I’ve walked her for many years as well as dog sat her and boarded her at GeoBella’s. Tilly has been an absolute joy, she was so gentle obedient and kind with other dogs. Tilly you are going to be sorely missed. Love you lots rip 🐾❤️ GeoBella’s and Barney 🤍🖤🕊️

It’s been a fuller week. With showers, rain and sunshine! Dog boarding weekend with Madge and Norman followed by dog sit for ‘Tilly Winks’ today. Slowly but surely getting back on it. In September I will see most of you. 😘🐶 ###

Welcoming Hendrix for a night stay and Madge and Norman tomorrow for a dog sit day. It’s been a week of unpredictable weather.
A quick reminder I am on holiday leave from the 14th July for 2 weeks… it’s been a long time coming ☺️ back w/c 31st July. With the hot weather and high pollen. These are great wipes to use on your dog after walkies. Wiping their paws 🐾 and in between can really help get rid of any excess pollen especially when they are waking amongst long grass and weeds. I’ve learnt an expensive lesson after Barney got a grass seed stuck in his paw a few weeks ago and it got infected… Dogs will knaw at their skin due to the irritation. Our pets suffer with allergies as much as us beings. Be mindful. Thank you GeoBella’s 🐶 xx

PLEASE NOTE‼️‼️
As we have the extreme heat and humidity - dog walks will be limited and if needed in shaded areas which is mainly the woods. Alternatively dog sits and toilet breaks will be provided in your home environment. No dog has been ill through limited walkies but dogs have suffered in extreme heat. I will do my best to accommodate around the weather conditions. Times may vary to avoid the extreme heat. Thank you all for your kind support and understanding ☀️🐶😎🥵.

Before the groom and after!! Gosh Barney so needed it! After a visit to the vets this morning we got the all clear so he was well overdue a haircut…

Please note I break up Friday July 14th for 2 weeks back 31st July. I normally take the kids summer holidays off but I will be flexible over this summer break. Thank you. 🐶😎☀️###x

My Barney has been a poorly boy all week. An unexpected visit to the vets.
Now on a course of antibiotics and painkillers… Never realised a grass seed could do so much damage. Please be aware of your pets paws 🐾
