We have now had two sessions with Kim at K7 Dog Training and she has completely transformed the way we’re training our four month old fox red lab, Archie.

Our first session focused on everything inside the house - door control, settle, re-call, preventing chewing furniture / jumping up on the couch, eating etiquette, diet, and general trick training.

On our second session, Kim wanted to oversee how Archie was progressing. She monitored us doing settle, door control and some tricks, and provided some recommendations on ways to further improve things to take our training to the next level. We then went out on a walk where Kim showed us how she expects Archie to walk with us. We showcased what we’d learnt and Kim was very hands on with teaching us what to do. We worked on different scenarios such as walking passed people or other dogs to ensure we have control of Archie at all times.

At each session, Kim’s expertise, energy and dedication to help us has been nothing short of incredible, and we cannot thank her enough for the support she has provided. We would recommend anyone who’s considering dog training to 100% make the investment, and to choose K7 Dog Training every time!!!

If you you own a working dog that thinks through a problem is often described as a "highly intelligent" or "problem-solving" dog, typically belonging to a breed known for their high working drive and ability to independently assess situations, like a Border Collie, Belgian Malinois, or a well-trained German Shepherd, who can analyze a scenario and choose the most effective course of action to complete a task. They need and desire to work. Let them.
