Sonic came to daycare this morning just for a short visit to see his friends and as part of his enrichment program. Sunny day means sunbathing not running around and everyone was pleased to see him!

Puppy socials
Every Wednesday evening we run puppy socials in the Den. It’s a chance for your puppy to meet new people and dogs and for you to see our dog daycare facility and meet the staff. Plus we talk all things puppy and answer any questions you may have - from toilet training to first walks our staff have tons of experience with dogs and are here to help you.

Last week it was Lucy’s first day in daycare and in her training session she had fun sniffing with Phil from Hide and go Sniff. Part of our enrichment programme is to teach the dogs new things and Lucy made it clear that sniffing was inevitable her favourite things.

Wednesday night in the Dog Den is puppy social time. From 7pm you can book half an hour to meet the staff and talk all things puppy! It’s a great opportunity to meet other puppies and their owners and talk about any issues or successes you are having with likeminded people. Whether it’s your first dog or you’ve had dogs all your life come along and talk about the difference having a new puppy has made to your life!

New dogs on Thursday changed the play dynamic and it was fun to see the dogs making new friends. Bruce now has the most energy and the newbie (Coco) was the first to have a nap 💤

Lucy came in for her meet and greet this week. I think she was more interested in all of the toys than in meeting Logi! Definitely Lucy’s idea of dog heaven - needless to say she passes with flying colours and will be joining us next week.
