🚨 Hi Folks, Please read below: just want to ask for your help this next few days.
1: Please keep your dogs in your car and check in first for the dog Wash to ensure there is spaces.
2: Should there be a wait, we operate on a
“one out one in” basis.
3: Please don’t gather around the door, this creates a bottleneck and can make dogs feel
Threatened entering / exiting.
4: We will come to your car to get you when a bath is available.
5: All dogs must be on a lead at all times
6: Please lift your dogs 💩 if it happens on the retail park, as we need to respect other businesses and there customers.
7: In the interest of fairness if your names on the wait list you have to stay in the area to be called.
If you leave you will not have a place in the Q.
8. Expect to wait, it’s Christmas week we will be busy, have some Christmas cheer.
Zero tolerance to abuse- entry will be refused.
9: Finally, thank you for the support all year.
